Not able to come to our offices? We offer an online antenuptial contract (ANC) by power of attorney. You sign the power of attorney and a copy of the ANC online with our notary, and our courier collects the documents from you. We then sign the ANC on your behalf and finalise the process as normal.

How is an Online ANC different?
An online Ante-Nuptial Contract (ANC) is the same as a normal ANC contract, but we use a power of attorney to process it. You’ll sign the power of attorney and a copy of the ANC online with our notary. Our courier will then collect the documents from you. Once received, we’ll sign the ANC on your behalf and complete the process as usual.
What is an ANC?
An Ante-Nuptial Contract (ANC) is a legal agreement signed before marriage. It determines how assets and liabilities will be divided during the marriage and in the event of divorce or death. Without an ANC, couples are automatically married in community of property, meaning assets and debts are shared equally.
⚠️ Important: An ANC must be signed before the wedding day and registered at the Deeds Office within 3 months. If signed abroad, the timeframe is extended to 6 months.
